Terms for .UK domains (Nominet)

For every .uk domain name, the registrant (end user) enters into a direct contract with the .uk registry, Nominet.

If you are a reseller, please make all your customers aware of the terms prior to making the domain name registration.

If you are registering a .uk domain name on your own behalf, you agree to be bound by Nominet’s terms and conditions.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRY REQUIREMENTS. Some registries have additional contractual requirements that you (or if you are a reseller, your customers) agree to by registering domain names from those registries.
